My old service dog, Toy Poodle, was coming up for retirement and my husband and I started looking for our prospective service dog. We had done much research and landed on a Toy Aussie as being a more perfect fit, as having to shave my poodles was becoming hard. We looked at many breeders and found Shallow Creek Farm. The website was very informative and easy to navigate; called Kim that day and she got back to us in less than a hour. We precede to talk about which puppy would fit the with us best. After landing on Milo, we than precede to spend the next couple weeks getting timely updates and helpful infromation on what our puppy would need when it arrived. I have worked with other breeders and can say I have never had one so prompt and helpful; and honestly I felt so involved in the growing up process. It made me feel more connected and also left me less stress about having to seek out the breeder to stay up to date. When it came time for Milo to come home Kim had every thing planned. We did ground transport through Wags on Wheels.They also were amazing! Great about checking in and telling us how the pups were doing and Life 360 app made me feel more confident about arrival time. They arrived at 1 am with a clean, happy, little timid, Milo. They were so kind and polite for 1 am in the morning.

Milo I can say has past our expectations. He has adapted quickly, and though still a puppy with all the wonderful puppy behavoir has already started Access Training. He has taken to it like a fish to water. Milo has gone to three doctors appointment with the expectation of him chilling and observing and each time has done exactly that with compliments from the doctors on his respectful behavoir. He also has had 6 accents sense arrive a week and half ago. He is very good about telling us when he needs to go. The accidents have mostly been on my end for being a little tired and missing what he was telling me. We even have started his Task Work and some regular training; each he does with so much enthusiasm. I can not sing enough praises. I hope not to need another Service Dog for a good decade or so; but when the time comes I will definitely being coming back if Shallow Creek Farm is still running.At the very least I think I can comfirm I may be turning into a Toy Aussie fan; definitely a Milo fanatic.

We got our beautiful little Toy Aussie, Rouxger, from Kim after researching other breeders and we couldn’t be happier with our choice! We have the perfect puppy – our vet agrees 🙂 and so easy to train since his arrival. Kim made the process easy and weekly pics/videos watching him grow were very anticipated every weekend. We decided to go with ground transportation and although we were concerned about getting a frazzled, stress out pup, our concerns were quickly put to rest by how professional the delivery company – Wags on Wheels – was. We followed our pup’s route from beginning to arrival on Life 360, with tests being sent by the drivers. Although they travelled through some bad weather to get here, their ETA was right on the mark. They handed us a happy, loving, active new pup who we immediately fell in love with. The drivers were very friendly, professional, and helpful with the puppy information and we gladly blessed them with a gratuity for their loving care of our boy. I wanted to share my story of my recent arrival of Koda, and how excited I was to see her for the first time she’s just the most precious, beautiful, sweet, smart little girl I couldn’t be happier. Kim was also so informative all along the way awaiting her arrival. I decided to go with ground transport and was a little nervous, but after they arrived with my little girl both drivers were just extremely nice and caring and really put my mind at ease for the long trip to her new home. I highly recommend ground transportation over flight any day. And again a second thanks to Kim who was so great at communication. And answering any questions that I might have I’m so happy with my little angel.

I’m completely amazing happy with my purchase of my puppy Ruby! She is sweet, ornery and beautiful! Couldn’t be happier! Very healthy also ! Highly recommend ! Kim answered all my questions and kept me well informed! Wish I could upload a picture!

Kim is absolutely the best ! This was my first time pre-adopting a puppy and the whole process was exceptional! From the moment I spoke to her on the phone I knew this was the right place to adopt from . She always answered all of my questions , I got pictures / videos every week of my little guy which was awesome , to see him grow ! Our pup was very well taken care , up to date on all of his shots , and we were given informational handouts , his shot record , and also the information to send in to register his microchip. Look no further for your pup ! Would without a doubt adopt from Kim again .

We are over the moon over our new puppy, Luna (aka: Jenny). Kim is such an awesome lady who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable with getting our new puppy. She even gave me a personal phone call to over the transportation details with Wags On Wheels. We opted for ground transportation, as we had gotten a new puppy once before flown to us (not by Kim) and the puppy was so stressed out when she arrived from the flight, so ground transportation was our choice. Wags on Wheels was wonderful and kept us updated the entire way. Luna was so happy to get here to us, and she did not appear stressed out, which was a relief. I don’t know how Kim managed to do it, but in a short time frame she was able to raise Luna to be a respectful and very happy puppy. She already knew that she was only suppose to play with her toys and waits to potty outside (most of the time – we’re not perfect yet, LOL). We are so impressed with the puppy we got from Kim, we just can’t say thank you enough!
